This past week I participated in a Tai Chi seminar with Chen Xiao Wang, one of China's Great Masters and a direct descendant of the legendary creator of Tai Chi, General Chen Wangting.
He supported me in having proper alignment and correct posture in Standing Meditation as a way to experience more chi flow. The increase chi flow throughout my body provided me with more clarity, power and ease in practicing my Tai Chi forms.

How are you Robert, I've been meditating but approximately 2 minutes. I continue to do it to get used to it.
